 Between these three steps, we are in constant communication with our drivers, tracking your cargo in real-time. We give you updates during the transportation and estimated time of arrival at the rail/port, in order to give you the most accurate delivery time possible. 

 We ensure that the loaded container is taken out of the rail/port during the time allowed, avoiding storage costs and extra charges. We are going to give you updates,  and once the container is in the rail/port, you will receive a notification from our customer service agent, and then we will take the container to the warehouse to unload the product.
